WARNING: Trenbolone is known to have progestogenic activity that can increase the production of prolactin; therefore, to prevent undesirable prolactin side effects, a prolactin inhibitor such as cabergoline or pramipexole should always be on hand when using trenbolone. 

WARNING: Tamoxifen is known to increase the progestogenic activity of trenbolone. Therefore, tamoxifen should not be used while on a trenbolone cycle or the respective post-cycle therapy (PCT). Toremifene or clomiphene are recommended for PCT after the use of any trenbolone or other 19-nortestosterone variations.
